At Webprahallad, we value our customers and want them to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy applies to the Silver, Gold, and Platinum (Best Seller) Plan.
If you are not satisfied with our work, you can request a refund before giving us your final approval or publishing our work/design. We will refund your entire payment as we do not want any of our customers to be unsatisfied with our work.
However, if you do not confirm or respond to our submission within 14 days, your project will be automatically marked as complete, and we will not approve any refund requests, as we have already paid our relevant teams once a project is completed.
Once you have given us your final approval or ended the project, all sales are final, and we will not approve any refund requests. If you do not reply to our email or do not send us a staff invitation within three days of starting the project, we will mark your project as complete. After that, you can only request revisions.
Please note that because of the nature of our services and the hard work we put into them, some of our services are non-refundable. These include:

- Extra Store Revision Fees
- Platinum Plus (Finished Store) Package
If you request a refund, we must clear all our assets from your store. If you remove our access before clearing, your refund request will be canceled immediately.
